广州市中兴达知识产权代理有限公司是经中华人民共和国知识产权局、商标局以及广州市工商局批准设立的知识产权专业代理机构。公司总部位于深圳，公司拥有各个领域的专利代理人、商标代理人、资产评估师及律师三十余人；公司内部设有认定咨询部、国内商标专利部、国际商标专利部、无形资产评估部、知识产权交易部、法务部等六个部门，分别在北京、香港、梅州，惠州，东莞设立了分公司及办事处。
